My Story

I was born and brought up in Whitebrook, Monmouthshire.  I spent 20 years living in Gibraltar from the age of 7 and returned to the UK to complete a Batchelors degree in Psychology and Postgraduate study in Health Psychology.  I have spent the past 25 years working in social services, private health care, psychiatric rehabilitation and research in translational medicine.  I currently work to ensure people are able to have more good days within work through mental health and quality of life management.

I love my life with my wife and dogs.  I got a great deal of pleasure from fostering and rehoming dogs, with Four Paws Animal Rescue, between 2006 and 2012.  I look forward to supporting my wife in her boarding and day care business and welcoming visiting dogs to share our home life for a period of time.
